I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

Geek squad is the thing to buy if you are buying electronic products from Best Buy. It gives you piece of mind. Less hassle and great customer satisfaction. I never had any problem whatsoever but would love to see quick phone connection when I dial customer support.

I got the warranty based on the fact that the item I was replacing was a couple years old. The cost of repair was more than it was worth. So when I replaced it I just got the extended warranty.

I've used my protection plan to replace a malfunctioning TV. The Geek Squad quickly assessed the issue and recommended a replacement at no cost. I'm sold!

Geek squad warranties always a good choice for me. I’ve purchased a warranty on almost everything electronic I buy and have only had to use it once. Excellent quality and service! Spend the extra money. It’s worth it because you never know.

I had geek squad service for my other TV and when that one broke down they were true to their words and traded it in for a newer TV
