I bought the extended warranty for our 65” TCL Google Q6 tv really cheap insurance if anything happens to our tv.

My entire household fully recommends Geek Squad services, esp their extended warranty service. It is simply a no brainer. Less headache in times of issues, and they are very very professional,..!

Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.

The agents quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. Very professional and explained how everything worked. Setup universal remote and ensured everything worked correctly.

Great value for a $200 TV. A lot of these budget TVs are pretty nice, but dont tend to last more than a few years

You gotta have protection for your products. I understand we have the warranty from Lg tv but, you can never be too safe now a days. That’s the reason I bought the extended protection plan through Best Buy and it’s well worth it

Geek Squad is very much worth it if you need help setting a device up or mounting a tv! Also are reliable when you want to make a claim for a device.

Most people won't go for a 5 year extended warranty, but for $149. on a $700.purchase TV that would last under 10 years I figure it's worth the price. My last TV was less then 7 years old when it went. Who knows if the new ones will last that long.

I always purchase this protection as the comfort of knowing that my item will be replaced if it breaks is reassuring. I have had to use the warrantee many times and Best Buy has replaced my item for free whenever they could not fix it

I love it just for the peace of mind!!! I love that I don’t have to ever worry the next two years!!

I haven't had to use them since I haven't had issues with my products but I can at least sleep easy knowing that it won't cost near as much to repair the item if something does go wrong.

My brand new LG TV (December) went out and Best Buy passed me along to LG because it was still under warranty. Best Buy would have had this already fixed, but now my TV is out, has been for over a week and the terrible repair people that LG passed me off on are saying that MAYBE sometime next week it will be fixed. TERRIBLE! Why did I pay Best Buy extra to protect it if they are not doing anything about my dead TV? I sure hope that 2 year protection plans restarts itself once my TV is actually operational again.

Any problems with my TV'S and I just bring it in and pick out a new one... no questions asked....

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked

The last Protection plan I purchased covered Geek Squad analyzing my tv after three years and decided it was unrepairable. I was able to get a full replacement. Geek Squad protection is worth the added cost.
