    You can't beat the Geek Squad ! As soon as we purchased this , our computer was compromised by an imposter rep for a printer Company. Geek Squad got us in that night! They kept it for a day and cleaned it up and checked for viruses and inplanted tracking, ect. They talked to us extensively and educated us ways to protect the laptop security, ect. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Mad respect! Well worth purchasing for any issues and help with laptops/PC's.

    The color mixing function on my 4 year old Samsung 50" 4K set suddenly went haywire one day when I turned it on. (Way too much red.) I noticed I only had a few weeks left on my 4 year protection plan, and they don't renew them beyond that time. The Geek Squad agent over the phone ordered parts including 2 different circuit boards to have on hand for the service techs on the assigned repair date. They came out & replaced a panel and tested the set, but that panel (or the main screen) failed after a few weeks. I again phoned in, and the telephone representative, after some helpful discussion, referred me to a very friendly, helpful replacement representative, who promptly offered to order me (at NO COST) a closest equivalent 55" model, since the older set was not worth more repair and didn't have a good direct replacement. She gave me a current dollar value, and said I could also choose any set I wished, just paying for any difference in price for any upgrade I chose. When I studied the spec sheets online, I noticed the old one had 4 HDMI inputs (I had 3 connected items) and the new suggested model only had 2 HDMI inputs. I noticed online the same model they suggested was available in a 58" screen size for $80 more, with 3 HDMI inputs. When I called them back and explained my dilemma, the rep checked out the specs, and immediately agreed, again at NO COST (that was a surprise), to upgrade me to the 58" size, and deliver it free, and pick up the old one. I also wished to purchase the maximum 5 year Geek Squad Protection on the new set, for only $89, which the agent agreed on. They handled everything on the phone quickly and even advised me that I had a $10 Rewards credit, and applied it to this purchase. Two days later, the delivery team delivered the new set and took the old one. I could not have asked for better, more friendly and helpful service from all involved. Well done, Best Buy and Geek Squad!

    Geek, squad, warranty, and geek squad delivery are the champs. It was such a simple process to swap out a TV that was under warranty through geek squad warranty services and Best Buy. I was never inconvenienced delivery was smooth.

    I purchase all of my electronic products from Best Buy. I like that they have the Geek Squad as their service as I have needed their help on many occasions. The staff there is generally helpful, although sometimes the wait to see someone can be long. I trust Best Buy and their Geek Squad, which helped to remove malicious software that appeared on my computer. They did a thorough scan and eliminated all threats to my system.

    An amazing TV with great color, sharpness & sound

    Having done all of the necessary research and finally deciding on the C4, I expected to be happy with a great picture. I was not. I was astounded with the sharpest and most colorful panel I have ever seen. Seeing a demo of an OLED panel on a LED/QLED panel is worthless. It can look pretty, but you have no idea what you are missing by not seeing it on a OLED. I also use my C4 as a PC monitor for gaming. It has a fantastic refresh rate and gaming is flawless. Finally, the ATMOS speakers are perfect. The 2+2 setup delivers powerful sound that is crisp and clear. I am so happy with this purchase I cannot give the TV enough stars.

    I bought this Fire TV as a second Flat Screen for my Home Office, but I was so pleased with its features, am now using it as my main Flatscreen TV in my Great Room. I am so glad I bought it. Great purchase.

    I purchased a TV in 2016, I also purchased the warranty for it and the representative helping me out told me that it covered accidental damage/handling and that is why I purchased it. I've always been loyal to best buy because of their warranty, I've gotten so many friends to purchase their electronics there because of it. But when I called regarding my TV and the fact that my son tipped it over and it broke the girl (Tania from the phone hub) told me I can call to make an appointment and geek squad would come out, assess the damage and they would give me a call when they would issue my credit/return. I called the 1800number and Joe from recon in Maine literally laughed when I told him and he said "uh no, you're only covered against lightning strikes essentially and manufacturers defects. I promptly told him that I live in Las Vegas and there's a bigger reason to sell warranty that covers heat since lighting (and rain) only happen a few days out of the year. But the entire time he was condescending and giggling. I am VERY dissatisfied and the fact that I got three different answers angers me because I spend a couple hundred on the warranty and it covers nothing essentially. I've purchased EVERY single electronic from Best Buy for the past 15 years and I will no longer shop there. Not only that but I'll voice my opinion on the fact that warranty on the TVs is essentially useless, specially if you live in an arid climate since your representative "Joe" claims it only covers against lightning. Customer service is also a joke, if you call 5 different times and speak to 5 different people then you get 5 different answers. Anger can only begin to express how I feel for wasting my time, money and being fed false hope in the wake of what happened to my TV.

    I had a great experience with Best Buy’s customer service after buying my product. The staff was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They handled everything quickly and made sure I was taken care of without any hassle. Definitely earned my repeat business.

    If you do not get this on an expensive TV you are not doing it right. It's great to have on high end products they will either give you a full refund or replace the product. It's more convenient than going through a manufacturer for sure.

    Bestbuys geek squad insurance is great if they cant fix it they give you a new one right there on the spot mot like other places where you pay for ins. Protection and get the run around. I buy all my electrnonics at bestbuy just because i love there no hassle protection

    I bought the warranty on a TV that I purchased 4 years ago. The TV was not repairable, so the warranty offered a replacement for the defective item. I applied the value to the new product and bought another warranty; it's a no-brainer. BUY THE WARRANTY!

    The Tv in these last couple months has been performing fantastically. The colors and images are so good I cannot recommend it enough if you are debating on it. I choose the largest size but it does come in a smaller one in case you wanted something more manageable space wise. All and all tv has been great , no issues with it, compatible with my set up and has no disappointed me yet
