Bought a protection plan and so far great customer service

Haven't had to use them yet, but gives me piece of mind in case something goes wrong.

Highly recommend purchasing this extra coverage. Makes perfect sense if and when anything were to go wrong with my new tv after the original warranty expires.

The geek squad installed my refrigerator and the water line. I recommend this package with any appliances you buy.

My Protection Plan covered the full cost of a replacement TV when a repair wasn't cost effective.

havent had to use it product is excellent but if i do need to use it im sure ill have no issues

I buythese pland for anything over $150.00 and when I have to use them, I am happy with the replacement service. I only use them 20% of the time though before they end.

Did great. Had a plan on our previous television and it went out after two years. It couldn’t be fixed so it was replaced by a newer television practically for free so we did another replacement plan.

I haven’t used it yet and hopefully I won’t have too. But I know they will do there job when it come to giving me good service !!

The geek squad five your product protection plan is a must for all new purchases. A very reasonable price for a five-year product protection plan. It's wonderful to know that your product is protected under this plan for the next five years. No worries.

I've had terrible luck with past purchases. This time around, it's good to know that if something were to happen to my TV, I would be fully backed by the Geek Squad. Highly recommended investment.
