Good tv for the price. Only issue is a few times I’ve turned the tv on and the volume doesn’t work. I have to shut down tv and wait a little while for it to work again

I know sometimes warranties are no worth it but when you spend money on a tv it's for just in case. Haven't had to use it yet but did have this service before for a computer and it worked out great!

I recommend getting an additional service plan ALWAYS.

It pays to put extra protect on your items. The time that you don't get it something happens. It is quick and easy to use when needed.

Geek Squad service in my home is great. Installed TV. Installed new laptop, all FREE.

Super happy I purchased this protection. The Geek squad is always on point. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but gives me peace of mind.

This protection is by far the best way to protect our computer.

I was disappointed with the service that I paid for on my washer and dryer. I called several times letting them know that the steam kit hadn't been placed on my dryer. Instead of just sending out a tech, I had to argue for days to get refunded. Mind you I had a zero balance and purchased several large items with extra warranties, I'll never make that mistake again. They don't want to honor the extra warranties.

I had service contract on my older TV and it was quickly repaired, actually they re-built it just before the contract expired. Worth every penny. No hassle, just quick repairs.
