The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.

I've used geek squad warrenty in the past and they do honor there warranty and this plan is price great for product i purchase.

The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!

I often skip protection plans. Decided 4 years ago to purchase one for my TV. Repaired once (appeared to be a manufacturer defect) and the instead of repairing the safe defect a 2nd time, gave us the equivalent of a replacement at no cost. You never know with electronics. Geek Squad were easy to schedule and efficient on the repair and quickly enabling the replacement to be processed.

The entire team from the salesman that helped us pick out our television to the other young ladies with lots of great information of the products sold in the store and our cashiers. Each person was polite and helpful! Due to great service we have returned and purchased a laptop from Best Buy1

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

Best Buy consistently provides amazing electronics, their knowledgeable staff ensuring that you get the piece beat suited to your needs. The great thing about a Best Buy warranty is knowing you'll never have to worry about the integrity or longevity of that purchase because the Geek Squad will be there to repair or replace it with absolutely no hassle or fuss. Shop at Best Buy, but don't forget the warranty!!

I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up

I always buy a little extra warr. Have found geek help to be great, even if just for questions.

If you can’t afford buying another device if it broke, you could get this. Don’t blame a toddler for something you could have prevented!!!!

I think the Geek are the best cause they help you in a lot of ways they make sure you are protected and you feel so happy because they look into everything. PS that's why I recommend the Geek group as well cause they take care of you to the best of knowledge to help you .
