I've used this service to install my TV brackets to hang my TV and set up my surround sound. Awesome job guys.

I love being protected for 5 years! Big purchases that may be expensive to repair or replace through no fault of mine is covered so I’m happy!

Geek squad service is Amazing I never use to buy these protection plans but when I started buying more expensive TVs/Soundbars I decided to pay for the protection if Anything breaks or needs to be replaced it’s free of charge geek squad is A must have

Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

I won’t buy any electronics without the warranty. Best Buy backs their products wonderfully.

Haven’t needed the service yet, but I am very glad that I purchased the extra two years. For peace of mind and generally have a tendency to up and stop working for no apparent reason. Maybe just bad luck or something else. But knowing that I had the geek squad there to help me really give me that piece of mind I was speaking about.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

I have always gotten extended warranty's. Best Buy and Geek Squad make this warranty worth having. I have had some trouble with the last three Samsung TV's that I have bought. All of them were replaced under warranty and the team at Best Buy and Geek Squad were great help when it came time to use my warranty. I can't stress enough how valuable it is to have an extended warranty. Its an added cost but the sense of security outweighs that cost.

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

We purchased this 5 year plan to accompany an Insignia 24 inch TV purchase. This TV was replacing 2 LG TVs that were in the same place that lasted a little over a year. So TV number 3 in about a 3-4 year period. The price was reasonable though and whether the old TVs were subject to a power surge or not, we felt the price of the protection plan was worth it this time even though we were purchasing $100 TVs.

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

Geek Squad is a most have. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

It’s great to get a protection with your electronics to protect it
