Best buy has a excellent warranty service from what i understand. Ive yet to use it.

I have had several instances with the GEEK SQUAD and I must say, they have never failed me. I think the techs are super in doing their job, although the prices are really steep, the quality of service is great.

Great buy, had to give it 5-stars! Simple easy set up. Decent speakers. Already have 32-inch model and loved it. They do the job very nicely, and bigger now!

I purchased this 5-yr protection plan for my new TV. My purchase was recently, so I have not had to use this protection plan just yet; but I have used the Geek Squad before, and they know how to get the job done.

Consumer gurus opine that a having a service plan is a waste of money. The Best Buy plans are affordable, so I feel more comfortable having it than sweating the breakdown of my BB product and paying for repairs.

This was a good way for me to protect my investment, since I purchased a tv for a guest room with limited use, I don't have time to run it to see if there are any issues. At least I can exchange for 5 years.
