When it comes to electronic purchases, I always get the Geek Squad Service Warranty. It has helped on a few purchases bought at Best Buy in the past years.

Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

I have not had to use this yet (just bought the TV), but I have heard nothing but good things about this service. And at only $49.00 for 5 years I thought it was a real bargain.

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

The Geek Squad provides excellent service and are very professional. Highly recommend anyone rely on their expert knowledge. The Geek Squad installed and calibrated my TV. You cannot imagine the expertise required to make the necessary adjustments to the settings to make a TV picture and the sound perfect. Let the Geek Squad install and calibrate your TV. They really know what they are doing and it really makes a huge difference.

Seemed like a good idea to get the extended protection.

Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!

Good price for open box. Nice 42" fire TV. Using it in our RV when traveling. Picture quality is very good and size is not to big for small space.

I've been dealing with Best Buy for 15 years and have never been disappointed with it's services. I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad Protection Plan for peace of mind and assurance of my product. Well, i can't say this enough about Geek Squad, they are excellent! If you're on the fence about including their services, don't be! Its worth every penny. I've never had a bad experience with thembor have anything negative to say. They will always take care of you.

Had some a problem arise with a product. Geek squad took care of it immediately over the phone. Unfortunately had to replace it but they did it fast and without any problems at all!! They exceeded my expectations!
