Haven’t had any problems with my TV.. yet but if I do I will love to see what it covers I’m sure it’s very worth it you never know what could happen

I bought a new Q-LED TV, Blue-Ray Player, Wireless Router and Surge Protector, I also have my Computer, Cable Modem and all My Networking Devices Connected To a Surge Protector. Its all covered by the 5 year Standard Geek Squad Protection Program.

So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

Geek Squad always helps me! If you are just joining, you need understand that you have to make an appointment - in store and / or online. It is generally quick, but not instantaneous. I greatly appreciate their help with my technological problems. It is a great weight off of my shoulders to belong and not have to worry about how to get a repair done. Many times they can help remotely.

Hope to never have to use this on the TV we purchased for the family room

We recently upgraded our tech support but have used Geek Squad for years with great success. They have by chat, phone and in store walked me through issues, questions, information searches and purchases. Having that kind of support any time of day or night keeps all our techno gizmos running at home since I have limited knowledge. I have never had a technician seem impatient or rushed.

Only used the service once so far but it was simple and the Geek Squad were very helpful!

Tv was wonderful. Loved the picture quality and interface! Would definitely purchase again. Im starting to really become a fan of roku tvs as a brand.

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! Apparently, this is an excellent warranty according to all my answered questions about how the warrant works. All I have to do is call the Best Buy store if I need assistance with my TV. The TV stays at home, and I am glad about that since it is mounted on a wall. The technicians come my home if I ever need assistance. I feel really comfortable and happy that I bought a 5 year warranty.

Geek Squad was very helpful. They walked me through every troubleshooting step several times hoping to get my tv back in working order the same day but my tv wasn’t having it at all. So with all other options exhausted we scheduled a visit for a couple weeks out and they will be coming to install a new motherboard from my understanding.

It's piece of mind to purchase this protection plan. TVs are much more complicated these days and require a skilled technician to remedy a problem. I've got this backing with this plan.

I felt comfortable purchasing the protection with my TV even though I haven't had to use it yet. I have used the Geek Squad for my computer in the past and they were very responsive.
