The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I wouldn’t make a big purchase without buying the extended warranty. My high end laptop went bad and Best Buy reimbursed me with a gift card. Same thing with a sound bar that went bad. Also, I had a tv that went bad from Best Buy and thank goodness I had the extended warranty on it. They give you the current value of the product, not what you paid for it on a gift card. That is way better than being at a total loss.

The warranties from the geek squad are always worth the money.

Can't go wrong at this price! Added mainly for the cost & protection ov the unit.

They have been available to me every time I have needed them!!

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

The agents brought the TV upstairs with no complaints

I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

Always get this if you can, definitely worth the extra money

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

Got to have protection on all of your products that you buy it's the best thing ever that Best Buy can offer

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

The agents helped out a lot took care of all the needs, I didn’t score 5 stars it took a while to get eveything done
