I moved and was not aware that I could have my Geek Squad come to install my TV on the wall. This was during Covid-19 so website was confusing to order all the parts needed for this. Finally called and spoke to a person who got it all set. Install person was friendly and took time not to cause a mess while drilling holes.

The replacement under warranty was unbelievably easy. I always purchase extended warranties on big ticket items, thankfully my TV was still under warranty when it went out.

Always A must have with your Electronics purchase Best Buy has the Best GEEK SQUAD Technicians around if u ever have any troubles make sure u buy the 5 Yr proection a must have that way anything goes wrong your covered.

Is a very good product to protect my investments..

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Still in great condition had to do a replacement for the remote i had no problems.

The only thing that I say is bad is I purchased only for 2 years I would always do t he 5 year plan because it is safer to be protected and have your mind at ease if anything should go wrong with your product you know it will be fix! Great Service!

Great combination of open box television and a 5 year geek squad protection plan.

Considering the probability of damage to a consumer device in a 5 year period, I believe this to be a great value. I would definitely recommend!
