Have always used Geek Squad and i have never had anything but a great experience with them

The 5 year garanty was honored and i got a new tv at no cost only paid for the 5 year garanty

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

Not needed 2 weeks waited for delivery And wasn't happy with the tv

What I love about geek squad protection is that Best Buy has it for everyone and everything on new and open boxes and it has the same protection, and they can fix it on the store and I don’t need to ship anything! Thankyou

So worth the money! Got a new TV comparable when the picture went dead on a model purchased two years ago. A. It difficult to cash in on during COVID and geek squad staff working remotely but in the end came away with a brand new TV!

My husband & I love Geek Squad protection - both for repairs & technology issues. Most issues can be resolved from home by the knowledgeable technicians. We are not very computer literate, so we wouldn't be without Geek Squad services.

It comes in handy its best to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.

Really like this Sony speaker system. Get your best around volume 30 without blowing out the neighbors candles or rattling the windows. I always trust the Sony brand.
