Prompt service. This save me hundreds in repair cost as the tv broke twice in two years . Second time they replaced it

Even with getting a smaller TV for the Spare room we still bought this extended coverage! It truly makes sense, with the Smart Tv's there could be glitches, that's computer life! So this allows the Geek Squad to work there magic if anything happens!

Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my tv. Had to use it after 3 years worth every penny!

Took a chance when this TV went on sale and wondered why, Well happy to say I have had no complaints so for and what a great pic with so much detail, Not a lot of 4K out there yet but the up-scaling from even standard DVD and Blue ray is really good. Great pic and easy to use tv

Geek squad agent was informative and explained everything so I could understand recommend a warranty for everything well worth the money

I learned something about Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection recently. It's only good for one-time repair, or replacement. I presumed (in error, apparently), that my 2, 3, or 5-year protection, covered me for the duration of the stated period. In a recent transaction, where a TV required replacement, I learned differently. Advice: Pay close attention to your return policy; the date of purchase (even if paid for at the end of a business day, or at closing) counts as ONE day! Also, be sure any discounts (price-matching, sales, Reward Certificates...) are taken before you pay for protection, as the final cost of the item determines (within preset ranges) the cost of protection for a given period. As to whether, or not, I'd recommend this option to a friend, I'd suggest buyer beware, or just "be aware", and be informed.

This Lenovo monitor is the clearest monitor I have used. I will purchase another one for my home.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection just in case something goes wrong. The last Sony TV I purchased, 10 years ago is still working and I purchased extended warranty for it, but never had to use it.. I hope this one will work and last as long or longer.

Love that you can spend a lil extra money to make sure your stuff is covered incase of something stupid happens

This extra coverage provides us with lots of peace of mind about our purchase. Not expecting any problems but relief to know that Best Buy will take care of it if we have a problem with this TV.

Nopefully never needed. idk why companies want reviews ONLY weeks after a purchase, at least send another review link 1-2 year after.

the Geek Squad are always very knowledgeable and helpful with any issue I have ever had. I have always purchased this with any TV I have ever bought from them.

I have gotten this before on previous TV's & it was very handy when one of them lost video rather early in it's usage. They were unable to repair it so I received a new TV in replacement.
