We always get a protection plan for all of our appliances!! So glad and thankful for geek squad. Anytime we need something to get fixed they fix it right away. Right now it’s a long wait time but we understand.

My tv broke down and I went to bestbuy to buy another tv, but then they checked my account and found that I had the geek squad guarantee active and they replaced my tv for free, that was great, thanks geek squad.

Have not had to use service as of this date. I have had to you use the Geek Squad service on previous purchases and it was a good experience.

At first was not sure about taking the Geek Squad protection but now I have to say their staff is excellent, the service is quick and well done and it is nice to know if something does go wrong with my product they will tend to it in a professional, respectful manner

Can’t say enough about how awesome these geeks are. They helped solve some serious life problems.. my wife would never let me use the remote but the geeks set me up with a duplicate remote so that just every once and a while I get to wear the pants at my house

Any protection plan is only going to be valuable based on how well you take care of your product. And if something internal goes wrong, the protection plan is your safety net to get is fixed or replaced at no extra cost.

Best Buy's customer service team is exceptional. They treated us like royalty when we returned to non-working laptops for refunds and again when our online purchase was messed up. They resolved all of our issues immediately and fairly. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Best television I have have bought. I needed to replace a similar tv that I accidentally damaged. Please be careful hitting tv with any objects. It cannot take any type of hits

Every time I purchase any technology from Best Buy (TV, laptop, ect..) I would always purchase Geek Squad protection. In case anything happens, I would always stay protected at all times. I would definitely recommend buying Geek Squad protection for every purchase you make.
