I returned a TV that stop working. She we helpful. Quick and nice. I received a store refund which I didn't like at all.

The employee could not provide a pamphlet and specifics on the warranty coverage. She just kept saying "we don't protect for product damage" meaning if we drop it, we deal with it. We were more interested in true coverage details and purchased without true knowledge of what all is protected like surge protection, damaged power cord, and internal issues like computer chip for Smart features. In part, insurance used to require documentation of coverage and exclusions, but they had absolutely nothing in writing.

So far I’ve had no problems with anything I bought I will definitely be shopping at Best Buy again

I plan on keeping the Samsung 40" TV I purchased for many years and realize that most electronic equipment problems occur in the first 2 years of active life. I will be covered for that period and I do know that the GEEK SQUAD will have my back.

They did an incredible job mounting my tv ans were helpful how to set up. I will use them again

Was simple decisions to add protection on tv. Don't know if will need, ever, we see. Had protection on a tv (plasma) a couple of years ago. Geed squad replaced with great speed, I just had to pick new TV they try very hard to make it right

I do buy protection for all my entertainment equipment from Best Buy, you never know when and what may happen. The service for the 2 year protection contract is "just being prepared", in case the unknown occurs. I was so relieved when my PC had virus and the GEEk Squad fixed it up a couple of years ago. The service is at an affordable price too!

I had an issue with the TV remote. The staffer that assisted me was great; he was patient with my questions. Very friendly and professional. Was able to solve the issue immediately.

Bought a 83” lg oled, so I wanted to be protected for the 5 years in case anything happened.

Obviously we won't know til we have an issue but this is a service policy for whatever items we'd purchased... are covered!

The geek squad are fantastic!! My husband and I had the best team come to our home. They were very knowledgeable about their products and which would work great for our tv installation.

Perfect Smart TV for my 11 year old, has all the apps already installed. He set it up all by himself. Great color and price.

I have always liked the Geek Squad. Ive used in the past for a laptop and never had a problem, sometimes the service is slow and when you go into store it may not be enough techs but overall its a great service plan, choose your options.

I recommend it for your own piece of mine and value

I love the TV. It shows beautifully, the sound is amazing and the size is just perfect for my bedroom. Will definitely buy again!!
