Well worth the cost! We have used it several times already. From new hard drive installs to virus problems to just can’t get things right problems. They have solved them all.

Best Buy does stand behind their products and warranties, whether a standard warranty or an extended. It is the same. They do try to work with their customers the best they can

I don't really know what to say about the warrantee program because I haven't had to use it. I have been buying products from Best Buy for business applications and have had great success.

I always purchase the geek squad protection with any of my big purchases. They make it very easy to schedule if you have problems and they replace it if they can't fix it.

Always purchase the 5 year support for company related items and only had to use it once but it experience was great and would recommend.

It was cheap enough. I have heard good things. I know Hisense TVs break down constantly so i figured I would buy this.

This unit is a great clean power source to have and has 11 plugs on the back to plug your tv, xbox, computer, printer, sound bar, that protects them from power surges and gives you clean power no distortion, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I always buy the five year warranty plan it is the best thing I’ve ever done when I purchase any items at Best Buy’s and will continue buying a five year warranty with my future Purchases!

We have several geek squad warranties on different purchases. They arrive prepared each time.

The extended warranty covers any damages. Seen a lot of tvs die out. Nice safety measure for the price.

Reviews should be posted after you get to know product. 18 months later we are very happy. We moved it from a 10x 17 space to a 14x 17, we still like size. Easy to set-up. Works great withRoku 3.Brightness back light and refresh excellent.

Hopefully I don't have to use it but I had to get the warranty just in case
