They have always gave customer service when I came into the store

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

My third Geek Squad Protection Plan and I always purchase when buying large ticket items. Peace of mind in knowing that I can count on Geek Squad for issues and repairs.

I have this mounted on the wall of my bedroom. Very light and was easy to mount and get set up. Using wireless internet for Netflix. Color is awesome. Very crisp and clear picture. No complaints or problems. Covers for what I needed it for.

Since this is our very first time purchasing a flat screen TV, I was a little worried about the possibility of future repairs. We are on a tight budget and could not afford costly repairs! The Standard 5 Year Geek Warranty is EXACTLY what we need to take the worry completely away! The home repair is an added bonus!!

Good idea to purchase if your product is over 500 dollars / That is the rule I follow / Use your best judgement.

A warranty is piece of mind if it messes up it will be fixed if it’s an expensive electronic buying a warranty will keep you from having to buy another tv if it goes out

The agents called me on the day of delivery to see if it was possible to come earlier in the day. they arrived when they said they would and mounted and connected everything.

The cashiers was very Helpful and Courteous. The team member was Very Polite and Helpful when assisting me in loading the purchase to mr vehicle.

The Geeks are the best and good at solving problems and making suggestions.

Hope I never need this, but it's good to know it's there if needed. It'll be well worth the extra couple bucks if it ever needs to be used for my new smart tv !
