Good is necessary to protect your products en the future

O really like this service on all my appliances. A must have to protect any Tv over 5000 and for all your appliances. Have had only good experience when I have used it!

I have used Geek Squad in the past so I utilized them without hesitation. Their agents are knowledgeable, considerate and respectful. The are patient and explained everything to me in a clear fashion.

I haven't had to use the repair service, but I like having a little extra insurance while my TV is "new". In the past I had to have a TV replaced and was able to do so with this service. Highly recommend.

Had a dent in our new refrigerator and when we called the agent was able to compensate us for the damage. We ended up using the extra funds towards a new 55in TV. Thank you.

I bought the Geek Squad service plan for my new Insignia 55" 4K Roku TV. Modern electronics don't seem to last as long as they used to (the TV that this one replaced was a Panasonic 32" that served me well for 15 years). Hope I won't have to use it, but I thought it was reasonable insurance.

Protection is any item purchased is highly recommended to ensure your purchase is a good investment.

Geek squad is very professional about broken or damaged items when you have protection on them. Anything can go wrong, and typically it’s not even your fault! Sometimes life just happens and bam, you lose $400 because you didn’t pay the extra $20 for protection. Don’t be that guy.

Always good to get this if you buy something expensive.

I didn't ever have 2 use, but always nice 2 have just n case. You never know if or when you might need. Good investment 4 just in case situations.

Unused at this point but product is new. I purchased this due to the cost of the OLED TV and possible future repair issues.

I always get the Geek Squad protection as well as total tech. I have used both several times and would not make a purchase at Best Buy without it.
