It's a gamble, will the product you purchased last or work for 4 years or will it die in the the middle of a show. I don't normally buy the insurance except for my high tech washer and dryer my 65 " curved tv.

Had issue with tv and they resolved it quickly. They came out ad was very knowledgeable about the issue.

I bought Geek Squad because I have used the protection plan it is worth the price and the service they provided. Its better than other protection plans.

I love the geek squad protection plan. I will not purchase a big item without getting it. It is totally worth paying that extra if there is something that goes wrong with your product you will be glad you bought it.

Geek squad customer service is one of the best. It saved us a lot when a power surge took out our tv.

Seriously. Buy the protection plan for any Best Buy purchases over $40. It's nearly hassle free to get things taken care of, and, at least for me personally, convenience and peace of mind are worth every penny.

The agents were nice and courteous. They always answer my questions and have solutions to any problem I encounter with my products.
