I bought this protection plan for 5 years i think it worth the money. I had a protection plan on a computer 7 years ago and had problems with monitor and they replaced the monitor without any issues

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Have not needed to use this yet. Hope I don't ever need it but have it because I had another $1200 TV that lasted about a year and seven months before it stopped working and no extended warranty.

Warranty is a must buy. Because sometimes the manufacturer warranty runs out right after your stuff stops working

Normally don't buy such service for TVs but did some research and good to cover gaps in warranty like bad pixels, etc. Worthwhile investment.
