I will never buy a Samsung tv again because it died so early(6 years)

Does the job a warranty should do. Not much else to say.

Haven't got a chance to use it so far but I hope i may not need to use it as the TV is of good quality, let us see what happens, but it is a good insurance policy to have this as it is pretty cheap when compared to the coverage

Had to return a tv. They were great. When they couldn’t fix the issue we got credit for a new one. The warranty is awesome Staff is WONDERFUL and knowledgeable

good quality imaging and great sound. the set up was super easy as well

Always worth buying this extra feature. If something was to happen and they cannot resolve the problem they replace your part for you

Bought this for new TV. I had to use geek squad for TV I replaced. They were great didn't have to wait long for appointment came to my house. They found the problems right away very friendly and informative
