almost into the end of my 2 year agreement the TV went bad. Geek Squad came to my house, helped me out, all ended up good. If not for geek squad protection I would have spent a lot more on another TV

well worth the money spent on this service they were fast and professinal and did a great jod in stalling my wallmount tv and hooking it up .

Thanks to the support contract we were able to replace our tv very quickly. GEEK Squad Tech was great.

Have not had to use them on the Tnew TV yet. However, their work on my computers has been outstanding and I am sure they will be able to handle the TV problem, it one occurs. The contract is worth it!
