Haven’t used geek squad on current tv but used it on tv I purchased years ago and ran into no issues, tv was repaired with new parts and had no problems after even up to when I upgraded to a 4K. Tv was fine and working even then, actually sold to my brother in law.

Great TV! Light weight and color resolution is amazing

They know what they are doing. Do you? Are you "hoping" for a good result? Hope is not a strategy. These folks are pros.

Good starter 4k tv, basic lg tv thats easy to use and connect. WebOS could use some work

I did purchase this protection plan to be on the safe side, but thankfully I have not had to annoy them yet. But if I ever do, I will make an additional review.

Going on 20 years now, we have only purchased our electronics from Best Buy and we always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. It is great and has paid for itself many times. The Customer Service is always great!

Not the first time I have bought the protection plan, anytime I have had to use it the process was easy and was well worth the purchase. It has saved me more times than I want to admit.

Easy set right out of the box. Already have a Roku account so most everything transferred over.

Aprerty good value considering how often electrons fail if used a lot.

Geeks are always there to solve my problems. They do most remotely and my 3 year old laptop is doing fine with their upss da are every ) months or so.

Always friendly, easy to use, I count on them to be my service providers and have not had any issues, on the contrary all has gone well, over many years
