Geek squad always helpful! Had dead pixel on my new TV and they saved the day

Best Buy insurance amazing as always, simple as walking in with the broken device and walk out with a replacement within 10 minutes Max.

I never ended up having to use this, but from what it offers it’s definitely good to have as an extra layer of protection.

Don’t be a fool. You never know what could happen.

Protection plan is great and well worth the money, highly recommend when purchasing electronics. Service was completed in a timely fashion.

been burnt in the past with so-called quality consumer electronics dying an early death sometimes just weeks after the manufacturers warranty expired..coincidence? never gonna happen again.

They will be the best service I have to come out and fix or replace any issues I have with this tv all the way to the life expectancy of this tv.
