Best buy and geek squad do a great job backing up their products. I wouldnt consider an electronic purchase, without adding the geek squad protection to go with it. Highly recommended

I love the services that the Greeks squad provides every time I've had to take my PCI was very pleased with the work that was done.

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

This system is awesome. You can hear whatever you are watching as if you were in the movies. So you need to protect it well.

We couldn't figure out why our tv stopped working and geek squad resolved over the phone.

What they offer is a good security service for your electronic devices and a great piece of mind for you the consumer. Hopefully you just never have to contact them!!!
