I am never disappointed. The Geek Squad is great. I've never had a problem that wasn't repaired. They are timely, and notify you of the progress.

This protection seem kinda pricey. But I hope it will be worthwhile if anything happens to this for expensive TV

These guys were great. They set up my laptop, ipad, and phone and were always upper helpful and very professional.
