I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

Purchased this just in case I might need it I usually don’t purchase extended warranties

I usually get the geek squad protection whenever I buy anything. I made a mistake one time and didn’t get it and lo and behold. I needed it and I will never purchase anything with a big dollar value without the geek squad protection ever again.

Awesome protection that was available when I purchased the TV

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

I always buy the extended warranty here at Best Buy. Things today have so many options and things they can do, you need to be covered when something goes wrong. I highly recommend!

One of the best AMC provided by BestBuy. It is always recommented to get this protection for the peace of mind for costly devices. Pros: 1) Excellent service. The excecutives how handle our calls will make sure we are comfertable and serviced well. 2) Ease of contact - 24X7 some one is available to help us. 3) Knowledgable service persons - The person who comes home for the service / at the station are well knowledgable about the object they are working on. 4) Excellent exchnage policy. If the object is non repairable, the company will refund the fill amount (including the tax) for an excange (if the same item is not available any more). The cons i felt on this program 1) Little more expensive than the other company AMCs. 2) Some time in-home appointments takes some time (but sure it will happen with in a weeks time )

Geek Squad is the best. So helpful transferring old computer data to new and explaining the new Windows system.

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.
