Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

I use this mostly for online and telephone support. When I do, the agents are always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and stay with it until the issue is figured out and fixed. Good value. Not cheap. But compared to the cost and hassle of trying to fix stuff yourself and/or take it to someone to fix it and/or hire someone to come in, this is a very good value.

Through the years I have purchased numerous extended warranties. Some I never got to use or test. Of Those that I have had the experience of using, most have been disappointing for several reasons. However, for the added cost, Best Buy's Geek Squad's Protection has never disappointed. In fact, I have had several occasions to have to use the Protection Plan's I have purchased and never been disappointed and in fact, the results have surprised me at how great the coverage is. If you get anything from Best Buy that has a extended Protection Plan, I recommend it whole heartedly!

Geek Squad Protection is a must for OLED TVs. I purchased the 5-year plan for a great price. I feel at ease knowing I’ll have Geek Squad coverage for the next 5 years in case anything goes wrong with my TV.

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

Fast and quick at getting me set up and working! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable to answer your questions. Highly recommend!

Protection Plans are pretty expensive but when you need something repaired or replaced the agents are on it, and it's usually a fast and easy experience.

I'm glad to have purchased this agreement for my TV. The tech that assistsed me was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me before leaving.

Hope I never have to use it, but this is a great and affordable option for accident protection.

Worth every penny for peace of mind at a good price

I’ve been getting service plans with Best Buy since the PS2 days. Never once has one not come in handy. They’re a must for me with high end purchases.

Really can’t give a review of service since I haven’t needed to use it. But I like knowing if something does go wrong with product purchased I have coverage at a reasonable cost.

There is a lot of comfort in knowing that there is someone available should you need any help at all. From the major problems to the minor questions, there is peace of mind knowing there is someone you can turn to for assurance and peace of mind.

Repairs or replacement you dont have to worry for a long time with this buy. If you have the money for it, why not! Esp since newer appliances don't seem to last now a day.
