Haven’t needed to use the warranty but glad I have it just in case

can only be used once and after that it s void on any other fix from what on was told by greek customer service after the fact

I am so glad that I bought the Geek Squad 5 year protection plan! I've had a few issues with the device and the Geek Squad has always stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park.

I have good experiences with this extended warranty from Geek Squad, so I have piece of mind by always purchasing it. Would recommend for sure.

I always trusted the geek squad to do repairs and answer a bunch of my questions they always been there for me and the family great job and installing our washer and dryer thank you very much

Many people tell me these warranties aren't worth it. My Hisense TV started to fail 4 years into ownership. Called BB protection and since they no longer sell that model had me pick out a new one at the same price (Found one that was pricier but on sale) and they delivered the new TV and took the old away the next day. Great service.

The colors are vibrant and the picture is crisp and clear. And no.matter where I sit theres no distortion in picture quality or color. This set delivers tge deepest blacks I have ever seen. The price was great on this set and the installation was professional, quick and easy.

Signing up was fast, and customer service was helpful. The price was fair, and there are no hidden fees if I ever need to file a claim. Definitely worth it to protect a big investment.

Just the right size Tv for a small apartment . NO problems love it and the price was great. Bought the 5year warrenry for 30 BUCKS CAN NT GO WRONG

Love getting this kind of protection! I've always gotten protection with anything I've gotten from Best Buy and they never disappoint.

Good value and I hope I never have to use it but , there is peace of mind knowing if something happens they will take care of it.

In my instance, it was a lifesaver because I had a problem with my tv. The geek squad came immediately & exchanged it. I was wonderfully pleased. Initially i was hesitant because i nave 3 other Samsungs & never had a problem. It was the best decision.

I researched for MONTHS and purchased the Samsung 65" Class Q90T Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV, Model: QN65Q90TAFXZA and I wanted the extended warranty for peace of mind on my investment. Best Buy has the Best Extended Warranties of ALL the retailers and I highly recommend them with your very expensive purchases. I service & repair TV's for a living and I know 1st hand how these things fail and it sure is nice when you have an extended warranty on your expensive investment. Especially if you have an LED Backlight failure. It is not cheap however I highly recommend it over an expensive out-of-warranty service cost. I do NOT want to have to service or repair my own brand-new $2k Q-LED TV should it fail within 5 years! On my other cheaper bedroom sets I did not purchase a warranty. But I highly recommend them on your higher-end more expensive purchases!

I recently tried this product and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The quality feels solid, and it performs as expected. It’s easy to use, looks good, and seems durable enough for everyday use.

Haven't had to use the ins., but the peace of mind is there. Really inexpensive for the 5 yr plan. Thanks Best Buy.

If you can, I recommend getting Geek Squad protection on electronics such as tv's. A few years ago, I purchased a smart tv for my son and had it for about a year before it completely went kaputt. It always had issues toggling properly through the apps and would sometimes take ten minutes switching from one app to the other. Luckily, I did purchase Geek Squad protection and was able to get another tv since there was no way of fixing that one. We went with a different brand and have had no issues since.

What amazes me is the engineered life span of a new TV that makes getting this coverage virtually mandatory. My 42" Insignia died almost 5 years to the month of when I got it. I was then told my new 49" Sony would have about the same lifespan - if I'm lucky! If it dies within 5 years and they cannot fix it, I get a new one "free" if you don't count the cost of the Geek Squad protection. Go figure. When you add things like this to the fact you pay $200+/month for Comcast TV & Internet, the cost of entertainment has become an absurdity. It's enough sometimes for me to think about buying a TV at a thrift store and using "rabbit ears" antennas for actual free TV and save myself a lot of money to the tune of $3,000+ per year when you amortize it out to the TV's life span. Did you know that with FHA you can put a down payment TO BUY A HOUSE with what you spend on TV in 2-3 years??? Just the same, even if I just had TV "rabbit ears," the Internet has become a necessity the way a telephone is, it's a form of velvet-gloved robbery. So, hat's off to the Geek Squad for being there, to save us from our big, expensive TV's that have an engineered life span not unlike the cast from Blade Runner. I recommend it because it's now mandatory and no longer an option unless you're into gambling odds, with your TV lasting more than 5 years, not much different than the state lottery. Haven't needed Geek Squad to set up my TV, however given my past experience with them, with my computer, I expect no less than 5 stars.
