I hate that things don’t last like they used to. But knowing that, I buy protection plans.

ALWAYS ALWAYS purchase when making a big appliance purchase. Trust me you will need it. Appliances are not made to last now days.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I have always bought protection on anything rather expensive,rather it be refrigerator,TVs,stereo equipment,etc. geek squad has always been helpful honest and very quick!!

Best Buy has the best warranty out there. I highly recommend it for anything you buy.

I would recommend GSP for TV's at the 5 year mark because most TV's will last for 4-5 years before dimming wear occurs (with everyday use, not occasional use).

Hopefully i dont have to use it because something broke.

Never buy a product without getting Best Buy’s warranty great service and warranty covers everything

I’m saying excellent just for knowing that I have that protection as opposed to not having it.

I always get this with my new tv’s, never had to use it and I hope I never do. If I do need it I know they will be there

The TV looks great when it works, there is definitely an issue with quality assurance when it comes to this TV i have the same one in another room and it works just fine. The new one not so much.
