A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

If you don’t protect your purchase don’t cry later it’s insurance

I always recommend protecting your equipment. It’s an investment.

Nice product and relief of having Geek Squad protection plan for my future.

I was once a firm believer that the protection plans were a real rip off. I purchased once from a Best Buy competitor and out of caution I purchased the plan. Good thing I did. What a nightmare. NOW - I only purchase from Best Buy and I always purchase the protection plans. It seems a good policy for me.

Havent had a chance to get to experience they business but i am absolutely sure they rock

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

Great TV for streaming and video games. Soun quality is great. Would Def recommend.

I paid for this just because I know how my kid eels in the last TV I had he damaged it so I paid the money for five years and I think this is a good warranty. I recommend everybody to get it especially if you know how your kids are and they like to throw things and stuff like that. This is a must have for your TV you guys.

They have great service they are very well prepare for there job.

When I was with geek squad it was well everything went well

I love the peace of mind that this gives me, I have two kids under the age of three and I know far too well that accidents can cause some damage, but this offers me peace of mind!

Colors are great definitely as good as lg or Samsung tvs if not better!

Did extensive research for a 75” television before purchasing and it does not disappoint! Excellent picture quality and the 75” uses a different panel than the other sizes that’s bright and has a fantastic wide viewing angle, making this perfect for a living room. Coupled with the 2 year manufacturer warranty and optional added coverage from Best Buy, it’s almost impossible to find a better deal.

So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.

I ordered TV online told my wife to pick it up at Tacoma, Wa best buy order number: BBY01-806230967350 I told her that it was an open box that was the description given prior to purchase. Our thoughts was its in the "openbox" and it'll be ok transporting in our rav4 laying down but we were wrong. While my wife was picking up the TV the employee's were laughing at her because it couldn't fit in our car. The manager noticed and offered to get the TV delivered with installation. When the TV got delivered I was present at this moment this geek squad guy said that my wall stud were more apart than usual which was weird to me. While they were unwrapping the geek squad guy told me not to take off the tape around the edge of the TV until I get it installed on the wall. The TV didn't get installed because of what he stated, he told me also that I should purchase a different mount for my TV because the one I got was too small for my stud. Few weeks came by (I was out of country for work trying to helped this pandemic issues) and I decided to measure this wall stud and this geek squad guy is probably wrong about the stud being too far apart and yes he was wrong. While taking the TV edge tape I realize there was a crack with hole on the side of the TV (see pictures). Do y'all realize now that I've played like a fool?

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

Never had to utilize, but glad I have this just in case!
