So far No Go

Be aware that Geek does not take affect until it does. I had an issue with an outlet purchased TCL TV and the Geek's basically told me take a hike. I did, to the TCL customer service and TCL warranty service was Great. So, I still have to wait 5 months to see the Geek service is any where near as good.
