It's always good to have a service plan on your electronics.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

I always buy protection with every device I buy. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Have always had good service and response from Geek Squad warranties.

I urge everyone to consider an extended warranty thru Geek Squad. I recently had to make a claim on my 60" and since they didn't make my particular model any longer, they replaced it with a 65" yaaaa!

My sole purpose for shopping Best Buy is The Geek Squad. They are Amazing. I am computer illiterate, When I bought my first laptop, an assistant went above and beyond to see that I got the best laptop at the best price for my needs. A few weeks later he was promoted to Geek Squad. Now I call I ask for him, he takes the time to explain whatever it is i need to know. His name is Teo, hes at the Selingsgrove Pa. Store. According to what they will do, I'm psyched that if anything goes wrong with my tv, they will hook me with with fixing or replacing it. So, here's hoping I never have to use it; but, feel good knowing it's there.

The Geek Squad provides excellent service and are very professional. Highly recommend anyone rely on their expert knowledge. The Geek Squad installed and calibrated my TV. I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

Great plan that takes the worry out of the little things

Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!

I bought a new Q-LED TV, Blue-Ray Player, Wireless Router and Surge Protector, I also have my Computer, Cable Modem and all My Networking Devices Connected To a Surge Protector. Its all covered by the 5 year Standard Geek Squad Protection Program.

Always great help when something goes wrong and easier fixing than by myself lol
