    Good buy for the price. I am not happy with the lack of installation service for a 48 inch tv. I would have had to wait 3 months for geek squad to install and remove old tv. I can't get it out of the box or lift it by myself.

    Geek Squad agent was rude and unhelpful

    Never buy anything with Geek Squad protection. It is a huge rip off. I called them and they said I can’t return the garbage tv, even though it’s still under warranty. I have to go through Sony. The agent was rude and insisted on repeating himself over and over and refused to transfer me to a supervisor so I could complain. I have a terrible impression of Best Buy now.

    Love this television will definitely buy again but over time im starting to see black blemishes I the background and also when the tv is off.

    I will never ever again buy a warranty from them as they don’t cover accidental and their customer service is one of the worst in the world I even went higher to the corporate level and all they did was give me the warranty money back absolutely horrible I will never ever buy another product from Best Buy they lost my business and please BUYERS BEWARE

    Warranty not being honored

    If i could give 0 stars I would. Purchased the warranty for my TV i bought 2 years ago. The TV got incrediby bad burn in after only 2 years. Now best Buy refuses to honor the geek squad warranty. They have me listed as receiving a refund but messed it up. Now they tell me they can't honor it and have been transferring me from department to different department for over 10 days. I have every receipt required and they still refuse to help me.

    I do not think buying this is worth anyone's time. So difficult to use and so many hassles trying to return an item to utilize the protection.

    What a waste.... save UR money, go to Wal-Mart

    Do not purchase an extended warranty with these people. Total waste of money. They do not honor it and charge U for warranty while still under factory warranty. Go to Wal-Mart at least U have no expectations and U will pay less.

    dont buy it at all cost. They will do anything in their power to not have to give you a replacement no matter how many times they have to show up and mess up. Dispicable and shameful company.
