    Best buy ussually has the best warrenties of any store. Apprentntly when it comes to tvs, however, they cover nothing other than defects $200 for something the manufacture would do.

    Geek squad didnt come out and only texted me to trouble shoot. This entire pruchase was so disappointing. Will never buy from BB again.

    They scammed me. I bought insurance on a tv priced at 1200 and the insurance will only cover a tv for up to 800

    Wasted money on this no one is taking care. my tv was broken they said the manufacturing warranty need to end then only geek squad can covers

    If you buy a protection plan you expect they cover damages or accidents or even offer a full replacement option

    Good deal for the money I guess if they had competent people working for the geek squad. They have no idea what they are doing. Even another company agreed with me and told me to never use them again.

    It’s always in your best interest to buy a warranty I got a 5 year warranty, you never know when a problem can happen.

    NO TV AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME i ORDERED A TV WITH GEEK SQUAD AND FULL INSTALL. THEY CHANGED THE BRAND AND I HAVE NO TV

    Geek SQUAD, smart and efficient!!!

    Geek SQUAD transferred all information and sights over from older laptop to new Lenovo laptop efficiently, completely, and quicker than expected. Then explained it all and set up security features with me. No charges because of my membership. BARRY

    Hello, The driver's had an window and were so friendly when they almost apologetically called asking if they could come six hours early. Brought it inside with mask and gloves. The television picture is perfect, and set up could not have been easier. Smart remote walks you through each step, although I do find myself adjusting settings quite a bit as it's only been one day. The Smart system is much, much faster than I expected. Touching the Netflix and prime buttons bring you directly to them with no hesitation. Mated to a Samsung Q60 soundbar. We didn't like the sound very much on the old TV, but this pairing seems to have fixed some of the voice and dialog problems we had. This is a great TV, and although it doesn't have back lit and some of the other gripes I've seen, I really believe you won't have a complaint unless you have a more expensive TV sitting right beside it in your living room.

    TV has been great, but has developed a yellow spot in the center of the display over the last few months. Upon research, it was discovered that this is. Common issue with this series of display. Delivery was prompt and individuals were very professional.

    Great TV. Can’t play games off your xbox console

    Great TV. Word of caution if you have an xbox- for some reason you can’t play games off your console. If you want to use xbox cloud gaming through the gaming hub built in to the TV it works fine but can’t get the TV to work with the console.

    We began to experience issues with our tv. The wifi would not connect internally. Geek squad replaced our tv with no hassle.
