The installation of Microsoft 365 was a blessing and staff was knowledgeable.

I am so amazingly grateful that I got the Best Buy protection Service plan cuz after 4 years and 8 months my LG CX TV started showing pixaware and I figured that I would have to replace it. And I forgot that I had the Best Buy protection plan. So I called Best Buy and they said no problem we shall replace it! I was in shock and also extremely grateful for that! Thank you Best Buy.

I always het protection plans for items especially TVs. Ive used Geek Squad and theyre great.

Here is the deal, if you dont get Geek Squad Protection, you are missing out. Lets start with the fact things are not made like they used to be. Drop something once and its done. Now I can be my clumsy self and not be overly worried I lost my item. Win win

Looks amazing. Sounds amazing. The speakers on the TV are better than my soundbar. Bright enough to see clearly when my drapes are open in a sunlit room. Looks great playing on my PS5 too. Nothing more I could ask for...except maybe seeing a little extra info in the menu. Specifically, I would like to see the frame rate numbers. I cannot find that in the menu.

I purchased the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for the Pioneer - 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV that I bought as a gift for my son's birthday.

It's always good to purchase a warranty since electronics aren't built to last as long as they used to be.

Great TV, with good quality of both visuals and SOUND. We have a soundbar that we got from a friend when they moved but even before the sound bar the sound quality was amazing. 4yrs later we are still so happy with this purchase
