I never used the tv. As the TV was returned, defective. But, the customer service, was very good.

I selected to purchase the Geek Squad Protection Service Contract for my 50 inch Samsung LED UHD TV because of the positive previous experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad. I had my office laptop die on me and they assisted me in selecting a suitable replacement and completely recovered and transferred all of my previous data to the new laptop. I would not hesitate to purchase a service contract from them in the future

Received brand new 75 inch Samsung TV with no delivery defects. Also received my purchase in anquick and timely manner. I wrote another review for the first extended warranty I had purchased from the geek squad. My dad’s TV had gone out and had been discontinued. The geek squad came to the house and within days had a new TV installed and running for my dad. I had purchased the first warranty, thank God I was those TVs are expensive. So when this TV went out and was replaced I also purchased another extended warranty for a Christmas present just in case the TV went out again. They did a great job and thank God I purchased the warranty.

Havent needed this for anything i own but im definitely glad i have them as potential help for when and if s problem arises. Either way i have used them for non purchased items and they always do great work. Id definitely use them for electronics in the future anytime

I bought a 40"LED TV Westington Brand 4 1/2 yrs ago in Best Buy plus the geek squad protection. About 3 yrs later.... that TV started to have problem, I called Geek told them the problem, and they told me there they would send a tech to my house to fix within 7 days. A tech called me that they ordered a part from the manufacturer, need to wait 7-10 days for the parts. He would contact me once the parts was here. I guess there is a policy stating after certain days If they couldn't fix your product, they will exchange a new one or if the product is out of stock, refund will be offered. I got the refund. But please keep your receipt for the proof.

Great warranty protection at a great cost! We bought a 32" inch TV for a raffle.

So far I've yet have to use this warranty. I believe they would do an excellent job if I'd ever have to.

Happy that I purchased he Geek Squad, now a days you can never tell when your appliances will go hey wire and it's always a good to have peace of mind knowing that paying for the extended service will help you if you ever need it. I make it a habit to get the Geek Protection for all my purchases at Best Buy, so far it has been one of the best decisions I have made along with the great purchases I have also made. There is no where else to go for service like Best Buy or selection for what you are looking for.

Great camera my daughter loves it and use it a lot something fun and different for her and lots of stuff for it.

My interactions were very limited. My TV broke in a freak lighter throwing accident literally a week after I purchased it. I bought a 2 year protection plan. Now, I understand that I'm to blame, best but wasnt throwing a lighter to his friend .... missing horribly. However, I was told that basically the TV was trash. I was better off throwing it away. There's nothing that could be done and to just buy a new TV. My protection plan was a waste of money imo. Threw the TV away after 5 months since I couldn't find a place to fix it. Overall, I can only blame myself.... but I can also say that my fear of making a large purchase that wasn't insured ended up being a reality even though I was convinced into buying insurance. See what I'm saying?
