Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

I am very thankful that I had a two year warranty because I needed to use it and it enabled me to get another TV

If I ever have to use the Geek Squad warranty I’ll feel confident if they all are as competent, knowledgeable and courteous as Kelyn.

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

Friendly staff, they solve problems with products rather quickly and have them either fixed or replaced in a timely manner.

I think that ut is great knowing that if I have a problem that I can take it to them for help.

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

So glad we got the warranty. My children threw something at the TV and geek squad was easy to communicate with to schedule an appointment.

Honestly can’t go wrong with the Protecrion Plan and the Geek Squad!

To back up my purchase on a great deal on a 4K Insignia 50” TV set, I got the this deal on Geek Squad protection for FIVE years! This is a decent set and if it lasts five years, I will be happy. If it doesn’t I am covered! In five years I’ll be ready for an 8K set. It’s a good bet to purchase this extra protection.

Haven’t had to use it but glad to have it in case we should need it !

Warranties are always a plus in my eyes and overall good for business and that’s a 10 in my eyes

Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.

Have had TV for about two weeks. Love the TV for the price display/resolution is well above price point. Controls and interface with smart TV are well above average. One draw back are the speakers. I don’t know if it’s placement or the quality of speaker but they are not good. Made adjustments and still sounds like it’s in a barrel. If you get this tv buy a sound bar and you will be very happy. I recommend with this add on.
