Haven’t needed to use this particular plan yet (yay) but in the events I actually have had accidents in the past, this plan has saved me money and customer service is great.

The Geek squad has done a great job to make sure I have a TV that work properly.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Great purchase Best Buy is the best my favorite store to shop

TV was pricy but has a great picture and works just fine. I wanted to hook up RCA stereo jacks from my stereo and this TV would do it by use of the ear phone jack. Many of the new TV's won't let you connect RCA jacks but Sony does! Streaming TV shows and 1080 or better cable look fantastic! The only thing I was disappointed about was it went on sale the day after I was eligible for price match. Literally went on sale the next day that would have saved me $50.00.

Why not buy a five-year warranty? The peace of mind and so much more that comes with it and if anything by chance happened in five years, you get it fixed free or brand new one.

I bought a TV in 2017 and also purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I know some people will say warranties usually expire before you need them, but in this case, I was so glad I had it. The old TV suddenly stopped working, Geek Squad sent someone to check it out, it could not be repaired, so they replaced it with a new TV. I purchased another 5 year warranty for this new TV.

On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.

Had a Sony XBR 65” tv that was starting to act crazy! Geek Squad came out updated and replaced a part in the tv. It worked well for about another 9 month until the picture started to have lines through it or would restart on its own. Geek Squad replaced this unit, very happy that the customer service received.

Without you companies make stuff now it’s always good to get a warranty

If you’re making a major purchase. Check the manufactures warranty , then consider getting a Geek Squad Warranty. It covers just about everything for a TV. Why buy a Higher end TV and trust that nothing will happen. It might not But what if it does. Is it worth the repair cost? Hopefully I will never need to use it. But if something goes wrong I’m pretty much covered.

It's cheaper than most 5-year warranties on the market. I hope I never have to use it so I can't tell you how efficient and good the company will be. But I had a problem with Best buy once before and they fixed it as best as they could. Problem was delivered the wrong TV and they couldn't fix it until the deliverer said it was delivered which took them days.

It provides a piece of mind, when buying high end items. Manufacturing warranty is great, but doesn't always cover everything and takes a lot longer than a ride to bestbuy.

Nice to have the service to prevent any issue and they help me a lot
