    Geek squad is the thing to buy if you are buying electronic products from Best Buy. It gives you piece of mind. Less hassle and great customer satisfaction. I never had any problem whatsoever but would love to see quick phone connection when I dial customer support.

    The Agents are Fantastic. They go above and beyond to assist with any questions or problems. They have always solved my problems. I can not say enough about their knowledge. They never give up. They work until the problem is solved. THANK YOU TO ALL THE GEEK SQUAD AGENTS!!!!!

    I had this plan for my 2018 55inch Sony x900f and the panel went out last month. Best Buy replaced with the 2022 65 inch Sony x90k and another 5 year warrenty. I could not be happier.

    I think the Geek Squad protection plan is really good to have. They always resolve any and all your issues or problems you may have. They always give good quality service. Geek Squad is the best protection plan for any and all electronics in general worth paying for and having it.

    I bought this warranty with an open box tv and ended up not using it because I returned the tv because it was a bad tv. My thoughts on the protection are good though. Especially when you buy gaming systems for kids. I didn't repurchase the warranty because the tv I ended up buying cost more than what I purchased the protection and the insignia tv for.

    I usually don't buy extended warranties but this was offered at a real reasonable price. I was purchasing an Insignia TV and was a little unsure on of the quality. The TV has exceeded expectations and I have not needed to use the protection so far. At least I have piece of mind in case something does go wrong. In that respect it has been well worth it.

    I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

    Geek Squad Repairs Efficiently

    Although many people don't like paying extra for protection plans, it gives me peace of mind. I have had some unexpected mishaps with my devices and knowing that I can make an appointment and get my device fixed without an additional cost is worth it to me.

    I got this coverage because we are moving to CT in June and I wanted to protect my new TV for the move. Turned out I needed it about a month after I bought the TV. Called the Geek Squad and they came right out. Ordered the part and had it shipped to my home. They were there 2 days later and installed the part and TV has worked great ever since.

    Tv will not work with remote

    Was not checked out after installing now tv will not work with remote I have tryed to get them back but customer service has not made it happen I can not recommend this service if they cannot make my new Q-LED work with remote can’t figure out why Best Buy wants input from customers but after reading reviews doesn’t follow through and make it work with Samsung remote control

    Protection plan for tv

    I would recommend this for any led or lcd tv. As time progresses single pixels may go out (has happened to me) and the entire panel will have to be replaced. This becomes expensive and after time passes they will just fulfill your warrantee on the tv because the panels are not made any more. I had a pixel go out and it drove me crazy having a white spec on the screen. Ultimately it's up to you however.

    I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.
