good warranty cant go wrong when stuff can happen at any time!

Wish they had a 3 or 4 yr plan. That sounds like about the right amount of time for a TV service warranty.

Have not used yet, but hopefully will not have to in next 2 years.

Purchased the extended warranty in the future if anything happens .. I will be covered for at least 5 years...

We bought this warranty, and so far we have not needed it. piece of mind.

I purchased a TV with 5 years protection plan. After experiencing a problem, I contacted Best Buy, expecting support through the 5-year protection plan I purchased. To my surprise, they told me their protection doesn’t start until after the 1-year Samsung warranty ends, and refused to take responsibility. I then had to go through Samsung, who eventually admitted they couldn't fix the issue and ended up refunding me for the TV and taking it back. When I returned to Best Buy to get a refund for the protection plan (since the product was no longer with me), they said it was already "in use" and deducted money for the days that had passed, even though they never actually provided any service or support. they refused to give me support and pushed me to contact Samsung. Don’t trust Best Buy. They sell expensive products, and even if you purchase their protection plan, they’ll find a way to dodge responsibility. You're better off buying elsewhere.

We lost several big screen TV's to a power surge from an Ice-storm. Now we do not have to worry about it for 5 yrs now.

Usually buy the plan. Never had any real issues using the plan if needed

Geek Squad is great all you have to do is call or talk on line.

Works good and at a good price.Would Recommend to friend.
