Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

Best warranty for the insignia tv. Really reccomend.

Coverage for your TV is worth it. TVs don't last as long as they used to. Had a few TVs that quit working after a year. One year goes by fast and Geek Squad Protection replaced the TVs every time instead of having to spend hundreds on a new TV. Had some issues collecting on one TV but they eventually honored it.

I love the tv. The picture it’s crisp and it was easy to setup.

Always buy the warranty with electronics. I regret buying this Roku tv and will buy a better brand next time.

So glad we purchased as the tv developed a bad panel and was not fun to look at. Use of the warranty was very easy and painless.

Buying extra warranty always gives piece of mind . They replaced a washer for me before.

The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

If you get a chance to take advantage of this within the first 2yrs after purchase, then you'll be golden. Sadly most electronics seemed to be programmed to fail within 24hrs after any insurance, protection, warranty, etc. have expired lol

The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

Its a basic protector but money well spent. Make sure you update your surge protection! We had an old protector that shorted out TWO tvs. We didnt know the first tv went out because of the old unit but we learned the hard way.

I always buy protection with every device I buy. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I bought this because I don't want to be sitting around looking at nothing. If the tv goes out I think the geek squad will come to my rescue and that's a whole lot better than sitting and looking at nothing.
