Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

It is alexa comparible, i love that i can control my tv through ghe alexa app, the image is great for watching tv shows, movies and even plauing videogames. Yea youbwill get a much better image with a 120hz or higher tv, but you will also be paying 2-3 times more for a 57 inch tv. Im very happy with this purchase. I bought the warranty for like $30, i have complete peace of mind for the next 4-5 years if anything happens. Cant go wrong!

Best Buy is like my Victoria's Secret! I shop there frequently and buy all my electronics there! A huge part of why is the protection plans, I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have been buying the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection plans on virtually all of my electronics for more than 10 years and have never been disappointed by the exceptional service. Not once! Ever! This is absolutely the best warranty service in the retail industry! It's in a class of it's own, there is nothing else like it. And I tend to be a hard customer to please!

I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement.
