excellent warranty had a problem with the tv i had bought they checked it out said it couldnt be fixed gave me credit and i bought a different tv im very happy with

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

If you buy anything from bestbuy, make sure you Geeek squad ! They are amazing people, and they will fix anything you have. I have not had any problem with my Geek Squad.

Love the peace of mind that comes with Geek Squad. We always add it to purchases that we make that we know will be used daily incase something happens.

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.

The geek squad was on the phone trouble shooting what was wrong with our first TV. With his help he discovered that the first set had a problem with the picture elements.

Honestly not a big fan of “warranties” or as Best Buy calls it “geek squad protection” but in their case, they are the exception to the rule. I have never had a single issue with a product needing repair when I purchased their protection plan. They are pretty much the only company, who offers them instore, I can say that about. Kudos Best Buy!!!

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

With so many electronic devices in our house, we love the peace of mind of having a five year protection plan that covers any problems, and they come to our home for any service or repair calls. It sure beats pulling a large TV off the wall and hauling it somewhere for a repair
