great protection to have on a item bought from bestbuy. and they have a email address you can contact if you have any questions.

Can't believe what all it covers we have a toddler and the guy said they would even replace the remote if it went missing like everything else in my house seems to!

Best Buy truly has the best TV warranty on the market. If you're buying an OLED, be sure to add this as well for burn-in security!
