Excellent service! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and he was also kind.

We had some kind of error message and I called Geek Squad and they came out, repaired it free of charge and showed me how to do what they did in the future.

Nice to have the extra protection in case anything goes wrong. Haven’t had to use it yet for any repairs.
