Worth EVERY CENT !! if your phone starts acting wonky or goes kerplunk GEEK SQUAD to the RESCUE !!

My nephew took it out and assembled it with no trouble at all. I bought the warrany for my peace of mind. It was my first time purchasing a tv with these capabilities and wanted to be sure I got good performance from it.

I had an issue. The Geek squad came rithe out. Great guy.

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

Geek Squad not able to help as product still under manufacturer warranty, but transfered me directly to samsung to get replacement

Such a great deal! Five years of protection for our new 50" Insignia 4K TV with Amazon Fire HD built-in. We got a very decent price. When you pay $300 for a 50" 4K TV with a streamer and a whopping five year warranty, it is a deal! So using my own personal experience, if a TV lasts five years or more, it's paid for it's self. This warranty is a good deal to cover my cheap TV deal!

28th Street Grand Rapids store is awesome - they know how to care for customers and really help! I was treated poorly at the Alpine store, really poorly

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

Geek Squad always helps me! If you are just joining, you need understand that you have to make an appointment - in store and / or online. It is generally quick, but not instantaneous. I greatly appreciate their help with my technological problems. It is a great weight off of my shoulders to belong and not have to worry about how to get a repair done. Many times they can help remotely.
