Greta Great purchases for kids Christmas so happy to have a 5 year extended warranty with kids. Its a fix or replace can't beat.

Always reliable Geek Squad. I've used them before and despite their knowledge and efficiency, I hope I don't have to use them too often.

The only protection that will protect you from burn in issues on your OLED TV. A no brainer add-on service if you're an OLED buyer.

I bought a tv somewhere else without a Warranty and after the year went by it started to mess up, now I get it all the time. Bestbuy makes it easier to get a replacement.

I was a bit disappointed that the first year this is paid for we can't actually use their services unless the problem is from a power surge. If a problem arises within the first year, then the buyer has to deal with the maker of the item. It makes sense except it seems that the Geek Squad insurance should kick in at the end of the year and be five years from that date. That makes sense in my world. Haha!

I hope I don't have to use it but decided to warranty my tv since my last one purchased else where went out 14 months after purchase

I HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO USE THEM IN MY HOME , HOWEVER IN THE STORE THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED WAS VERY KNOWELEGABLE.
