Thankfully, I have not had to utilize the incredibly beneficial Geek Squad services quite yet, but it's refreshing to know they are available if needed

Purchased 5 year warranty for an open box TCL TV R646. They were professional and helpful when advising on the 5 year warranty. I have no issues with tv so far but good to know I have that extra warranty/coverage in case anything happens.

Had a problem with tv was resolved quickly and professionally

The TV was incredibly easy to setup. I have an existing Alexa Fire TV and once connected to my WiFi network, it was simple to clone the apps and settings from the other TV. That is an awesome feature. The only issue I have with the TV so far is that the colors don't seem as vibrant or accurate as I was hoping they would be. For instance, I watched the U of Oregon vs Oregon State football game. The Oregon uniforms were a bright green and the OSU uniforms were orange. The orange looked red and no matter how much I attempted to adjust the color, I couldn't find any way to get it right. Other than that it seems like a decent TV, especially for the Black Friday price.

Best Buy warranty used to be better but with what they still offer can’t go wrong with a warranty.

Haven't had to use it yet, but have never had an issue with warranty plans from Best Buy!

I opted for an extra two years of protection and I've read great reviews from other customers that used these guys. Definitely add protection to any electric device, it will give you peace of mind just in case something went wrong.

Very reasonably priced warranty that I hope I don't have to use but is a good piece of mind for expensive items

My new machine was loaded with all my info correctly.

Tvs are made to break eventually, whether its the leds, motherboards, wear and tear, etc....devices aren't made to last anymore and they become obsolete eventually. Such is the way now.....I think its always best to get the protection plan.

I bought the extra insurance in case anything unforseen happens to my electronics I don't make much money, so I can't afford to replace things all the time.

It is nice to know my son's tv is protected. Never know what may happen

Having coverage on a super expensive greatest tv of all time til 2030 is very relieving

Jayden help me with a problem with an iPhone 14 and he was very nice super helpful explaining everything we needed and gave us all the options regarding the device. I ended up sending the phone back to apple and I got it the very next day and Jayden called me right away to let me know it was there. Definitely best service there!

Havent used the geek squad warranty but purchased as the coverage is a fair price. If the backlight fails, the replacement cost is mire than the 5 year warranty/service plan.

While I haven’t had to use the warranty yet, they’ve never failed me on the few past issues I did have with other warranties.

55” TV I purchased was 13 months old when the picture went out but there was sound, called Geek Squad and diagnosed over phone, parts shipped to my apartment and service man was here within a week. TV couldn’t be fixed and a replacement TV was ordered, all this during the Covid-19 virus. No replacement available so received a gift card for a new replacement ... Because of COVID-19 it took just over 5 weeks to get the replacement but understandable

This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.

The Geek Squad got the Bravia 75" UHD TV up the stairs to my 600 sq ft loft area with no problems and put things together with no problems. I had the TV for about a week with no problems except for setting up and installing apps. Hardware wise the clock has started and we'll see where things go from this point...
