I don’t usually purchase extended warranties, but in this case thought it was the thing to do.

Geek Squad techs are fantastic I have it on everything I buy from Best Buy; The Geek Squad never lets me down

Ordered protection after my purchase. The customer service representative was great. Got the plan set up and paid for without going back to the store.

Absolutely worth it, and comes with alot of nice perks. For example, if you are buying a television 55 inches or larger, a Geek Squad member will be able to visit your house to process the warrant claim. That's huge, because carrying around large used televisions, in which you probably won't have the box, can be a big hassle. Very comprehensive coverage, especially for OLED televisions.

I've only had to use the geek squad a couple of times. And each time they we very helpful.

Hope I do not need to use this. But bought an open box TV and this gives me peace of mind.

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

Would not purchase an expense item without having a extended warranty and the price was right.

Definitely need to have the two-year plan with geek squad. It gives you peace of mind.

Always buy the warranty with electronics. I regret buying this Roku tv and will buy a better brand next time.

The TV was good until it wasn’t. Everything was great and the clarity was amazing until right around the time the geek squad protection plan expired. A little over two years the clarity is horrible and liked shows here and there thought out the sceeen. What looks like white lines are not apart of the show as this is how is shows up

This is a fan favorite for me. Best Buy is the only place I buy electronics because of this service.

In the past when I purchased my Samsung tv, my old one I just replaced, I purchased the extended warranty for that one. When it developed lines on the picture, within a day someone came out. checked the tv and was not fixable, I was given a number to call and a replacement arrived a few days later. Given the price for the extended warranty and the final outcome, it was well worth it. I purchased the extended warranty again for this tv, for "just in case". It is a decision I feel that is best for me.

It just arrived, I installed it and everything was as expected, great image quality, sound. The perfect installation process, the TV does everything almost by itself, I recommend it to all those who are lovers of good things in terms of quality-price, I recommend that two people assemble it due to the weight and safety
